And it jogged my memory of a poem I wrote a looooong time ago (I think around 1993, 94 or 95!!) when once my girls spilled a little<\/em> honey, and then we all got silly "wondering" what would happen if…..<\/p>\n <\/p>\n What would it be like <\/p>\n if there was honey everywhere?<\/p>\n Honey on your hands and feet<\/p>\n and even in your hair?<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Honey in your ears<\/p>\n And dripping off your nose.<\/p>\n Honey on your fingers<\/p>\n and squish! between your toes!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Honey in the bathtub<\/p>\n and on Mommy’s sewing, too.<\/p>\n Even Daddy’s workshop<\/p>\n is covered with this goo.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Honey in the living room<\/p>\n on the couch and chair.<\/p>\n Honey on the piano<\/p>\n and going down the stair!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Honey in our closets<\/p>\n and honey on our beds.<\/p>\n Honey on our clothes<\/p>\n and honey on our heads.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Honey on the table<\/p>\n and even in the sink.<\/p>\n Oh, what a mess we have!<\/p>\n Don’t you think?<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n I think we better <\/p>\n leave the honey in the bear,<\/p>\n And not have this sticky mess<\/p>\n going everywhere!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Hope that brought a smile to your day!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n (And yes, ONE more plea to please vote for my blog<\/a>, as well as Simply Vintagegirl’s<\/a>!
